Q. I have a friend in YPG who pretends she's all spiritual and talks like she's better than everyone else because she's been coming to the church for a long time. But I know she loves making fun of God and the things we learn when she's around her real friends. Just looking at her comments on Facebook and it's obvious.

A. Don't expect everyone who acts like they're spiritual to be the real thing. Pray for her to change, and speak to your YPG leader about what you see.
Just guard your own heart right now. It's easy to get angry when someone makes you feel inferior when it turns out that they are just being hypocrites. You naturally want to get even with them for all the times they made you feel bad. But this will just make you just as wrong and hypocritical too.
Pray for God to give you the right kind of attitude to have towards her, to be forgiving, Then just go one with your own life and spend your energy with the tasks that God has given you to do.
